Epstein’s private island was once listed as a Pokémon Go location, meaning players could technically spin a PokéStop at Little Saint James while the property was at the center of one of the most disturbing scandals in modern history
This is my first serious attempt at using Kling AI 3.0 Omni to see how it could be useful in my creative process. I'm usually a frame by frame guy, which is how I did the Fire Breath video, but I was curious to see how much the tools had evolved in terms of control.
This is also my third entry, titled "Sov'raen Dovhkaar" for the @openart_ai #OpenArt #openartklingchallenge and so far it has been an incredible learning journey for me. It's only getting better from here.
There are still 5 days left to enter the challenge and compete for a piece of the $15,000 prize pool. If you haven't started yet, now is the time to experiment.
Micro-housing is emerging as the sole affordable housing option in major cities, where typical homes cost at least $1 million. Despite tiny homes and 200-square-foot apartments renting for $2,000 monthly, they are still more affordable than traditional housing. Young adults prefer these small spaces to living with roommates or returning to their parents' homes, reflecting a shift in the American Dream to align with current financial realities.

Cold showers might make you feel like you’re “burning fat” because your body has to work harder to stay warm, but the actual calorie burn is very small. When you’re exposed to cold water, your body activates thermogenesis—producing heat to maintain your core temperature. This can slightly increase metabolism for a short period, and it may stimulate brown fat activity (a type of fat that helps generate heat). However, the amount of extra energy used during a brief cold shower is minimal and nowhere near enough to cause meaningful fat loss.
Fat loss requires a sustained calorie deficit over time, meaning you consistently burn more energy than you consume. A few minutes of cold exposure simply doesn’t create a large enough metabolic demand to significantly reduce body fat. While cold showers may improve alertness, mood, or resilience to discomfort, they are not an effective standalone strategy for burning fat compared to consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep.

Rick Ross’ Georgia mansion features what’s believed to be the largest residential pool in the United States at over 350,000 gallons, costing more to build and maintain than most Americans will ever spend on a house
Pulling your big toe (and foot) toward your shin is called dorsiflexion, and it directly stretches the calf muscles that are usually responsible for leg cramps. Most cramps happen when a muscle—commonly the calf—is stuck in a sudden, involuntary contraction and can’t relax. When you pull the toes upward, you force that tightened muscle to lengthen. This stretch activates tension sensors in the muscle (Golgi tendon organs), which send a signal to the nervous system to reduce the contraction. That helps interrupt the cramp reflex and allows the muscle fibers to relax.
Stretching the muscle also improves circulation. During a cramp, the tightly contracted muscle can temporarily reduce its own blood flow, which increases pain and stiffness. Lengthening the muscle helps restore blood movement, bringing oxygen back to the tissue and clearing out metabolic buildup that contributes to the intense cramping sensation. Holding the stretch firmly for 10–30 seconds is often enough to calm the spasm and relieve the pain.
Muscle is built through reps under tension because your muscles grow in response to stress. When you perform repetitions with resistance (like lifting weights), your muscle fibers are placed under mechanical tension. That tension creates tiny amounts of microscopic damage within the fibers. Your body responds by repairing those fibers, and during that repair process, it makes them slightly thicker and stronger — this process is called muscle hypertrophy.
The key factor isn’t just lifting heavy once — it’s keeping the muscle under controlled tension for multiple reps. Time under tension increases muscle fiber recruitment, metabolic stress (that “burn” feeling), and mechanical strain — all of which signal your body to adapt. Over time, consistent reps under tension, combined with proper recovery and nutrition, tell your body that it needs to build more muscle to handle the workload more efficiently in the future.

Vaping is often marketed as “cleaner” than smoking, but it still exposes your lungs and cardiovascular system to chemicals that can cause real harm.
When you vape, you inhale an aerosol made from heated liquids that usually contain nicotine, flavoring chemicals, and solvents like propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. These substances can irritate and inflame the delicate lining of your airways. Over time, this inflammation can lead to coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, and reduced lung function. Some flavoring chemicals have also been linked to damage of the tiny air sacs (alveoli) where oxygen exchange happens. Instead of breathing in clean air, your lungs are constantly dealing with chemical stress, which can impair how well oxygen moves into your bloodstream.
Nicotine is the major reason vaping affects blood pressure. It stimulates your sympathetic nervous system — the “fight or flight” response — which causes your heart rate to increase and your blood vessels to constrict. When blood vessels tighten, blood pressure rises. Repeated spikes in blood pressure can strain the heart and damage blood vessel walls over time, increasing the risk of heart disease. Even though vaping may not contain the tar found in cigarettes, the nicotine and other chemicals still stress both your lungs and your cardiovascular system in ways that aren’t harmless.
